‘Obviously women in comedy were huge for me, so Dawn French, Melissa McCarthy – especially larger women, because they were somebody I saw myself in,’ says Laura Campbell on her comedic influences. ‘Seeing that representation… it was one of those things that not only made me laugh, but gave me confidence.’
